Welcome to the world of Brin and Melly, where friendship, adventure, creativity, and imagination come to life through storytelling and art. Inspired by a carving I created while living and working in Guangzhou, China, these stories were designed to encourage kindness, curiosity, courage, and connection across cultures and generations.

The name “Melly” was inspired by my first granddaughter, Melody’s nickname,  who is just 3 months old. As a chainsaw carver and educator, I have always believed every carving should tell a story, and Brin and Melly were born from that passion.
